Fairune

Fairune is a 2D puzzle adventure game with some RPG elements available on the Nintendo 3DS eshop. There’s hardly much of a story and it will give you the brief overview of it right when you start. Basically, there’s some evil creature that you need to destroy. So you need to find three magical icons to unlock the creature’s lair an take it out. Pretty simple, and the game itself kind of just hints at the story being meaningless too, so it’s not just me. Continue reading “Fairune”

Shipwreck

Shipwreck is a retro style top down adventure game that is quite obviously influenced by games in the Legend of Zelda series. It’s a fun experience. Basically, your ship gets wrecked on this island, so you need another to leave. You adventure to get one, but the only way to do so is to use the one ship on the island once the mayor allows it. Ultimate NES Remix is a series of minigame challenges pulled from classic NES titles for the 3DS. You are tasked with playing through small sections taken from classic NES games one at a time or with multiple different ones in rapid succession.
