Super Mario World is a 2D platformer for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It is the follow-up to Super Mario Bros. 3 and is the first of the Super Mario World series. Bowser is up to his old tricks once again of kidnapping the princess. This time he keeps her locked up in a castle on Dinosaur Island, where he has also imprisoned many of the inhabitants, the Yoshis, inside of eggs. Apparently they don’t just hatch from them… but… okay, whatever. It’s up to Mario and Luigi to save the day. Continue reading “Super Mario World”
The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past is the third installment in the Zelda series for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. There is also a Game Boy Advance port, which is the one that I played. The game is a Zelda game so if you don’t know the basics of what a Zelda game is like then check out my review on the first game The Legend of Zelda.
