Thoughts on Super Mario Maker Coming to Nintendo 3DS

Super Mario Maker has been quite popular on the Wii U. In fact, it’s the very thing that made me NEED to get a Wii U sooner rather than later. I’ve since acquired the system and the game. Needless to say I’m beyond pleased, but I’ll save all my gushing for the upcoming review. Not too long ago (though perhaps a bit to long at this point to be all that newsworthy), Nintendo announced in their Nintendo Direct that Super Mario Maker would be coming to the Nintendo 3DS. Super Mario World

Super Mario World is a 2D platformer for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It is the follow-up to Super Mario Bros. 3 and is the first of the Super Mario World series. Bowser is up to his old tricks once again of kidnapping the princess. This time he keeps her locked up in a castle on Dinosaur Island, where he has also imprisoned many of the inhabitants, the Yoshis, inside of eggs. Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins

Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins is a 2D platformer for the Game Boy. It is an entry in the Mario series as well as the sequel to Super Mario Land which is also on the Game Boy. The basic story is that during the events of Super Mario Land, Wario has taken over Mario’s castle. The door to the castle is locked and can only be opened by inserting six golden coins into it. To obtain these coins, Mario must travel to various themed zones, complete the levels, and defeat the six major bosses of the game.
